In your first session you will get the opportunity to discuss what topics you wish to cover to start with, and agree a plan of action. Contact is normally made through e-mail in-between telephone sessions.

The individual subscription fee includes two twenty-minute telephone consultations to supplement e-mail correspondence and support throughout the month.
